Composite Fillings
When teeth are fractured or have cavities, composite fillings are used once the area has been cleaned in order to restore your tooth’s full health and functionality. Milagro Dental has focused on ridding our practice of obsolete filling materials and works solely with tooth-colored composite resin or porcelain materials. These options are not only the best for your oral health, but they are also a far more aesthetic option.
Dental Implants
Dental implants are a permanent, ideal solution for individuals with missing teeth. Missing teeth can affect your oral health in a number of ways, including your ability to chew, your jaw structure, and your bite. We provide complete implant services from implant placement to restoration. Our dentist, Dr. Kasha Ujda, has a fellowship from the International Dental Implant Association.
A dental implant consists of a titanium post/screw which serves as a replacement for tooth roots and bonds with your bone structure, providing a stable foundation for a restorative crown or bridge. In order to be a good candidate for this procedure, you must have sufficient bone structure. We utilize platelet rich plasma therapy (PRP) during the procedure to ensure optimal healing and implant integration. After the healing process has taken place, we will place your crown or bridge, providing you with a natural, beautifully restored smile.
Full Mouth Rehabilitation
Sometimes the amount of breakage, wear, and erosion of teeth is so advanced that a rehabilitation is recommended to rebuild the loss of the tooth structures, the function, and to create a better tooth relationship to minimize the wear. This may involve orthodontic Invisalign therapy in order to align teeth for more predictable and long lasting restorations.
A full mouth rehabilitation is different than a smile makeover and is normally for patients who are in pain, have significantly worn their teeth down, or have experienced a loss in functionality. Botox® & Cosmetic Fillers

Botox® is highly effective in softening dynamic wrinkles such as forehead lines, crow’s feet, and frown lines. We also offer microneedling and platelet rich plasma (PRP) natural bio filler. It is a dermal filler made from your very own blood. PRP fillers use your body’s own natural healing and regenerative properties.
In addition to cosmetic applications, Botox® is also used therapeutically at our practice to treat myofascial pain, jaw tension, and discomfort caused by bruxism (teeth grinding). Invisalign

Obstructive Sleep Apnea

If we discover that you have sleep apnea, we can create a custom-fitted oral appliance to manage your airway so you can sleep better, feel better, and live better. Soft Tissue Laser Therapy
With the DEKA laser system, your dentist can perform smile makeovers, gum contouring, and more without harsh drilling, cutting, or scraping. Laser treatments are quick, comfortable, and effective and allow us to deliver ideal results as gently as possible.
Our practice utilizes the DEKA CO2 dental lasers for various services, including treating gum and periodontal issues, releasing tongue ties, treating cold sores, reducing gum overgrowth, and more. Laser therapy uses light energy to replace traditional dental instruments.
Laser dentistry procedures are less invasive than traditional dental treatments. In addition, laser therapy results in faster healing times, less pain, minimal bleeding, swelling, and decreased risk for infections. Laser treatments also eliminate the need for sutures.
Tongue Tie & Frenectomy Release
A tongue-tie, also known as ankyloglossia, restricts the tongue’s range of motion. Additionally, it can cause speech disorders, poor oral health, sleep disorders, struggles/discomfort with breastfeeding, problems with eating and swallowing, compromised airways, and more.
The DEKA CO2 laser allows your dentist to eliminate the muscle attachment quickly and painlessly for the patient. The laser seals the blood vessels and nerve endings during the procedure, which reduces bleeding and post-operative pain. The laser also kills bacteria, which leads to faster healing and less inflammation.
3D Printing
Our practice utilizes the Sprint Ray Pro 3D print system to create clear aligners, nightguards, and printed models. These products are created using digital scans of a patient’s bite and can be used for various, complex dental work, including crowns, bridges, implant placement, and more.
Using this technology, we can provide our patients with the dental products they deserve without needing an outside lab or manufacturer.
Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP)
Platelet-rich plasma therapy promotes fast and effective healing of hard and soft tissues in the mouth, using specially prepared blood samples we collect from you during your visit.
